The Site Support Engineer provides IT support to North Florida’s data center operations within Florida East Coast Railway. This is a technical position. The position provides local 2nd level support in the data center and performs vendor management by coordinating with vendors (3rd level support) to resolve incidents and problems from monitoring tools, dashboards, and automated system alerts to escalate issues to the different teams (Help desk, Network Operations Center, Data Center Operators, etc.).

Supervise train crews on a freight train and coordinate switch engine crews.  Place cars to facilitate loading and unloading and the makeup and breakdown on trains in a rail yard, industrial plant, or similar location. Start date scheduled for January 6, 2025. Paid training will commence in New Smyrna Beach, Florida for three (3) weeks; thereafter, new hire Conductors will return to their home terminal for on-the-job training in all levels of Conductor service (Yard, Local, Through Freight).
