IMEX USA is a provider of railroad terminal services in Florida. We are seeking a motivated and determined Supervisor with Intermodal and/or Railroad experience to join our growing team. The incumbent will possess the following skills:
Gate Clerk controls access to intermodal facilities and provides clerical support by performing inspections of intermodal containers.
Dispatches trains to ensure the safe and efficient use of personnel and equipment within assigned railroad territory.

This is a Junior Accoutant position with responsibility in the Financial Accounting area of the company’s operations. This position will be responsible for weekly and monthly processing of accounting tasks for the company with a concentration in general ledger. The position will involve communication and coordination with other departments in the company and the parent company.
Intermodal Service Employees (ISE) are responsible for safely performing activities and completing processes that place customer freight for movement on a train from the origin to the FEC Intermodal Terminal destination across our network. Place cars to facilitate loading and unloading and the makeup and breakdown on trains in a rail yard, industrial plant, or similar location. Start date scheduled for May 12, 2025. Paid training will commence in New Smyrna Beach, Florida for three (3) weeks; thereafter, new hire Conductors will return to their home terminal for on-the-job training in all levels of Conductor service (Yard, Local, Through Freight).

Diesel Mechanics are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the company’s Diesel Fleet trucks.
This position provides operational support for the utilization of all FEC owned & controlled transportation equipment, foreign railroad owned and privately owned assets moving on the FEC rail network. Scope of responsibilities to include operational recommendation on intermodal equipment to minimize asset and transportation expenses, ongoing monitoring equipment dwell and any required repositioning of equipment to meet projected demand. Additional responsibilities include the daily reporting of intermodal ramp operations including the management of FEC and privately owned chassis, terminal parking, and tracking of the intermodal units throughout the FEC’s southeast footprint.
