The Road Supervisor (Line of Road) is engaged in managing the operations of rail maintenance, repair, track inspections, and personnel with a "Safety First" focus.
This position will serve as a relief for the Bridge Monitor position.
Provide safe and effective management and retention of Owner Operators with Raven. Ensure adherence to Federal, State, and company policies and procedures and responsible for the cost effective use of resources including contractors, equipment, and supplies and will assign motor vehicles and drivers for conveyance of freight.
Will require weekend, night or overnight shift once day training is complete.
