The Site Support Engineer provides IT support to North Florida’s data center operations within Florida East Coast Railway.
This is a technical position. The position provides local 2nd level support in the data center and performs vendor management by coordinating with vendors (3rd level support) to resolve incidents and problems from monitoring tools, dashboards, and automated system alerts to escalate issues to the different teams (Help desk, Network Operations Center, Data Center Operators, etc.).
The Jr. Telecomm Network Engineer provides IT support to North Florida’s operations within Florida East Coast Railway, this position provides local support installing and configuring network enterprise equipment

The PC Tech Support provides IT support to South/North Florida’s operations within Florida East Coast Railway. This position provides local support for our end users by deploying, installing and imaging new laptops, desktops, workstations and other tasks as assigned.
