Groundman are responsible for directing crane operators who are loading and unloading cargo containers from railcar.  Hostler drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient movement of cargo during the loading and unloading phases of the operation.  **Hostler drivers must qualify as Groundman within first month of employment***

Crane or Lift Equipment Mechanics repair and maintain overhead cranes, side loaders and chassis stackers by performing preventative and emergency maintenance.

Diesel Mechanics are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the company’s Diesel Fleet trucks. 

Operates traveling overhead crane or sideloader to lift, move, and position loads of trailers or containers on and off railroad cars by performing the following duties.

Under the supervision and direction of a Track Supervisor, Foreman, or other assigned employee, the Trackman will perform various track maintenance, repair, and construction duties with a “safety first” focus.

The Site Support Engineer provides IT support to North Florida’s data center operations within Florida East Coast Railway. This is a technical position. The position provides local 2nd level support in the data center and performs vendor management by coordinating with vendors (3rd level support) to resolve incidents and problems from monitoring tools, dashboards, and automated system alerts to escalate issues to the different teams (Help desk, Network Operations Center, Data Center Operators, etc.).

The Jr. Telecomm Network Engineer provides IT support to North Florida’s operations within Florida East Coast Railway, this position provides local support installing and configuring network enterprise equipment

The PC Tech Support provides IT support to South/North Florida’s operations within Florida East Coast Railway. This position provides local support for our end users by deploying, installing and imaging new laptops, desktops, workstations and other tasks as assigned.
